With two young kids and a hectic career as a model, it may be hard to feel that Rachael Finch has time to workout.
But she’s doing, and is living proof you don’t need to slog off for hours at the gym in order to find the body of your dreams.
Since she teams up with Westin Hotels & Resorts to launch a series of in-room work outs, Rachael sat down with FEMAIL to speak about juggling motherhood using fitness – and also precisely how she fits everything in.

According to Rachael, whose toned belly are a testament to her workout ethos, she strives to ‘be busy every day’ – but that varies enormously, and is based on her energy amounts and schedule
‘But on any given day you could find me performing some easy yoga or moves in my lounge space, or it might be a work in my own hotel room while I’m on the road,’ she explained

‘My workout habits are almost always distinct,’ she informed FEMAIL, adding they change based on the date, her energy levels and also that which she’s on within her packed schedule.
‘But on any given day you could find me performing some simple yoga or stretches in my lounge space, or it may be a work in my own hotel room while I’m on the street,’ she explained.
‘When I have enough time to dedicate to exercising, I love running and dancing to get the heart pumping.
‘When I’ve busier months, then I’d tone it down entirely and enjoy any less intense forms of movement, such as, for instance, a yoga practice or ocean swim, to keep my mind on course.’
The 29-year-old also said she isn’t ‘hard on myself if I do not get my workouts in’.

‘If you are in your home, turn up the music and also have a dance together. When You Have time to get out and around, Have a walk together as a household, throw a frisbee on the beach or play label,’ Rachael said
As a mum, Rachael is conscious that you may not necessarily fit in everything you have planned.
Talking about her hints for time-poor parents, both the version and ambassador said that her top succeeds would be to ‘make exercise work for you by fitting it in where potential’.
‘For example, when the children are taking a nap, or look at fun ways you can be active with them.
‘If you are in your home, turn up the music and also have a dance together. When you have the time to get out and around, take a walk together as a household, throw a frisbee on the beach or play label.
‘Being healthy does not always must include a gym workout – it’s all about finding what works best for you.’
The version added that this is one of the reasons why she’s awakened with Westin to launch in-room work videos – since they are fast and only last 15 seconds.
‘Some people do not feel comfortable in a fitness center, and in-room workout videos help busy parents exercise in privacy,’ she said.
Rachael has just found net fame, due to her work out videos at home, which visit her using her kids as workout props.

‘Hanging upside down is something I’ve found that will help me to feel great,’ she said.
‘Basically, when I’ve been sleeping in my back all night, or if I’ve had a very long day in my toes, dangling upside down feels amazing.
‘The gravity really helps me to stretch my muscles out.’
Rachael said she’s lucky as she’s outdoor equipment with monkey bars set up on her balcony:
‘I love to just escape in the morning and hang upside down to get a couple of moments. It is a great feeling and really helps to get the blood flowing to start the day.
‘Of course, this is something I find works for me, and it may not be for everybody; it’s important to listen to your body,’ Rachael added.

‘It has been a dream of mine since I was young – climbing up using sport and spending almost all of my time outdoors,’ she informed FEMAIL about designing her own workout gear.
‘Today, combining my love of fitness fashion seems perfect. The scope has a really relaxed vibe and it’s a reflection of who I am and where I grew up.’
